Dear developers,

To my understanding, the Augustin model is a whole-heart model. However, I would like to make a distinction between more atrial-like and ventricle like behavior. Are there any simple changes that I can make in the cell-parameters or state variables? I see that there is a "flag" option and a "cell-type" option in bench. But for "cell-type" no choices were given.

Kind regards,
Robin

The model called Augustin is a combination of the Grandi-Pandit-Voigt atrial electrophysiology model coupled to the Land tension model. This info is included in the metadata (bench --imp Augustin --imp-info).

cell_type allows switching between ENDO/MCELL/EPI parameterizations: https://git.opencarp.org/openCARP/openCARP/-/blob/master/physics/limpet/models/Augustin.model?ref_type=heads#L237

To obtain a similar ventricular model, one could swap the Grandi-Pandit-Voigt for the Grandi-Pasqualini-Bers model (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.yjmcc.2009.09.019, available in openCARP as "Grandi") and couple this to the Land tension model.
