Hello! I want to draw an ablation line with a diameter of 2 mm on the surface of my atrial model and set it as non-conductive in opencarp. What should I do?

You will have to mark these elements with a specific tag. Either manually (for example by selecting in ParaView) or programmatically (for example by building on AugmentA) and then define an IMP region (passive/Plonsey model) and a conductivity region (reduced sigma) for these tags.

Dear Professor Axel:
Thank you very much for your answer! I would like to consult you. May I ask how I should mark ablation line in Paraview? Could you tell me the specific steps? I have spent a long time trying to find a way but have no success, thank you!
I wonder if there's a brush-like function where I can set the radius and pick up cells on the surface of the atrium?

See for example here: https://docs.paraview.org/en/latest/UsersGuide/selectingData.html

With the selected IDs, you can for example write a little Python script that changes the element tags in these IDs
