When I was running the basic tissue example on macOS, with this command python3 run.py --duration 20 --S1-strength 20. --S1-dur 15 --visualize, the result I get is shown in the meshalyzer. However, in the example: https://opencarp.org/documentation/examples/02_ep_tissue/01_basic_usage, it is shown that it should have an output like a line chart. Is there something else that is required to install? How should I get the same output?

Hi,

You can get this line chart in Meshalyzer by clicking on "Time series" (It will give the output for the picked vertex).
