Hi,

Simulation runs without errors, but when I try to visualize using Meshalyzer, I get a message that vm.igb points number mismatch.

Any thoughts on how to get opencarp to solve on all nodes.

Thanks.

Hey,

vm is normally computed on all nodes belonging to the intracellular region of your mesh. It is difficult to help you without any information about your setup. Please share your parameter file from the simulation and maybe some info about the mesh you are using.

Hi Tobias,

All mesh files and the simulation configuration in the link below.

Thank you.

Something seems to be wrong with your mesh. There seem to be points in the mesh that are not associated to any elements. These points are then excluded from the computation. You can use the -gridout_i option in openCARP to export the intracellular mesh specifically. This will give you the mesh that fits your output vm.igb and you can compare it to your input mesh.
