Hello!

A couple questions about carputils here:

What is the platform I need to download to use carputils (write code, use the functions, create variables....), once I've installed it in my computer?

And how is carputils related to the openCARP examples that we can run once carputilsGUI is installed?

Thanks a lot,

Maria

Hi Maria,

You can use any text editor to edit the carputils Python scripts, for example www.sublimetext.com

carputils is the framework which is used to encode in silico experiments. All openCARP examples are based on carputils. To alter existing carputils-based experiments or start new ones, the carputils documentation is a good start: https://opencarp.org/documentation/carputils-documentation#master

Example experiment to base new ones on: https://opencarp.org/documentation/examples/02_ep_tissue/22_simple
