Hello; i would like to calculate APD for a cell, i was wondering if some one can help; I checked in the script of the example APD restitution i was just able to see that running the experiment the APD was calculated and the activation time was shown i but how you did it i do not undestand; I use the opencarp's parameter LATS but it seems like it just work for tissue , when i use it in bench it did not reconize it ;please can you help me!
