Hello can someone help please, i want to plot the traces of my current Ica and the release flux of SR Jrel from my 2d tissu but ,  they are not  state variables in my ionic model  rason why i can not use gvec command  to extract them, do anyone knows witch opencarp command i can use to extract the current and flux traces from a tissu?

You can add the .trace() markup to the .model file and then recompile the code:

But the .trace markup i used it in the cell  and i can have the file trace0.dat where i have all variables,  but when i add trace markup in the tissu i don't have the file trace0.dat , i use gvec for state variables it was working cause i got sv.igb file for others variables i don't have the trace0.dat

Please also check the .nodal() and .external() markups

Ok i have it, thanks but the problem i have now is how can i specify in the ionic model in witch node openCarp can output the variables in trace0.dat, cause i would like to read the variables at the end of my tissue
