meshalyzer visualization for axis and the selected stimulus box

Hi,

I want to show the axis in the meshalyzer and show the selected stimulus box on the surface of my cardiac 3d model in the meshalyzer. But I could not find the corresponding button. Could you provide some suggestions about this? Thank you so much!
