Hi Salma,

Could you please post the error message? Is this an existing example? If that is the case which example is it?

Best,

Jorge

Hi Salma,

I checked the example and it runs with  run.py --np 2 --bidomain . Could you please copy here the error message that you are getting?

Best,

Jorge

Hello, sorry for my late reply so it dosen't run for me , for exemple when i do it with replacing n with 1 i get this error message :
*** Unrecognized keyword dump_im

*** Error reading parameters
and with 2 i get this
Carputils.divertoutput.DivertOutputError: the executable "/opt/petsc/bin/mpiexec" was not found

Hi Salma,

For the first issue, I wasn't able to reproduce your error. I executed the carputils script from /visualization/meshalyzer with ./run.py --bidomain and ./run.py --np 2 --bidomain. As for the second issue, it looks like the path to mpiexec it's not correctly set.

Best,

Jorge
