I am new to openCARP. I did simulations using a rabbit ventricular mesh integrated with His- Purkinje system.

1. I would want to know if there is a way in openCARP or meshalyzer to know the myocytes  nodes that are coupled to a Purkinje node at the Purkinje-Myocardial junction?

2. If there isn't a way, can I compute for instance, the geodesic distance between a given purkinje node and the points in the points file and say select the first 5 minimum value to mean that, those points are closest to that Purkinje node?

Hi!

openCARP does not have support for His-Purkinje systems.

All the best, Aurel
