Is there a 3d model of a heart available publicly for opencarp to use with meshalyzer?

Hi,

On the openCARP website there is a list of available resources (https://opencarp.org/community/modeling-resources#meshes). I am not sure if there is any mesh directly to be used with openCARP but you can in any case download the vtk mesh and convert it to openCARP format using meshtool (https://bitbucket.org/aneic/meshtool/src/master/).

Cheers,

Hi

If compiled with VTK support, meshalyzer can visualize VTK files directly.
