Hi I am here to ask a question about Cell ML errors. I tried to import priebe_beuckelmann_1998 cellml model into opencarp and when I run the tissue simulation, there's an error called "danger[tm= a number like 97.739],: bounds exceeded for priebe_beuckelmann_1998 V-table = ...."

Is it related to some settings of look_up table in the .model file. I'm a bit confused about how to tackle this issue and needs some help here. Thank you so much!

Hi,

Yes, it is related to the bounds of the lookup table. You can increase the upper bound of the lookup table. Still, I will also recommend checking your simulation and understanding why you are reaching the lookup table's bound. Could it be that the stimulation is too high?

Best,

Jorge
