Saved IMP region 0 ionic model does not match that of IMP region 0

Hi everyone,

When continuing a simulation starting from a statefile, I get an error while 'Restoring global data Iion':

L3 : Saved IMP region 0 ionic model does not match that of IMP region 0
L3 : Saved IMP region 1 out of range
L3 : Saved IMP region 2 out of range
L3 : Saved IMP region 3 out of range
application called MPI_Abort(MPI_COMM_WORLD, 50162059) - process 1
application called MPI_Abort(MPI_COMM_WORLD, 50162059) - process 0

The ionic models of the previous and current simulation are the same. The code still works on another computer, but not on three other computers on which it also used to work. Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this error?

Hi Iris,

Could you please provide us with more information on the version of openCARP that you are running your simulations? Additionally, could you please tell us if you are running your simulations in parallel or serial?
