I am using the PASSIVE Ionic model as a region in my simulation. In my .par file, I set the Vrest value as -85 and openCARP is reading this value in when running the simulation. However, when I look at the initial value of a vertex in that region using the Time Series option in meshalyzer  Vrest = 0, not -85. Not sure why this is happening as my regions are tagged correctly and openCARP is displaying that it has read this line. Also, Vm is no longer defined for the PASSIVE model?

Hello!

I had a look at the PASSIVE model. It required you to set both Vrest and V_init to -85, which is unintuitive. I changed the model so that V_init is properly set to Vrest. Thanks for pointing this out!

Best wishes, Aurel
