Hi, I noticed that the atrial model is divided into different areas (LAA,RA,CT...). This should be reflected in the last column of.elem, where different fields have different labels(0,1,2...). Now I have an atrial model generated by CT image, may I ask which software can be used to manually divide different atrial regions and mark them in. .elem? Thank you!

There are separate tools for augmenting atrial models.

See for example

https://github.com/KIT-IBT/AugmentA

and

https://github.com/KIT-IBT/RESILIENT/

Tools like that are liste on the Modeling Resources page of the openCARP website.
