Dear Professor, first of all, thank you very much for your help in my previous problem.

Now I have a new problem, I installed RESILIENT and converted a left atrium model in STL format generated with CT images to VTK format, I noticed that the description of RESILIENT reads: "The atrial mesh requires special epi materials (element data array called "Material" in the input VTK file) and should be divided into left and right atrium for the algorithm. "

"Material 32 for the right epicardium"

I would like to ask you how to add or produce this type of "materials" to my VTK format model. Now I open this model with PARAVIEW and the "Data Array" is blank.

Thank you very much!

Please ask your question regarding RESILIENT in the respective GitHub project: https://github.com/KIT-IBT/RESILIENT

These surfaces have to be labeled and provided as an input to RESILIENT.
